Sales Manager

Job Role: Sales Manager – Laminate, Plywood & Flooring The Sales Manager will be responsible for leading and managing the sales team to achieve sales targets for laminates, plywood, wooden flooring, and related products. The role includes visiting dealers, distributors, architects, interior designers, and key project sites to generate business and strengthen customer relationships. The candidate will handle price negotiations, ensure timely collection of customer payments, and manage outstanding dues. Additional responsibilities include identifying new market opportunities, monitoring competitor activities, planning product promotions, training the sales team on products and applications, and ensuring smooth coordination with production, logistics, and accounts departments.
