We are now seeking a goal-driven Sales Manager who can open doors across North America, close deals confidently, and help drive our next stage of growth.

This is a full-time remote role for an experienced Sales Manager, in India.

What You’ll Do

  • Drive B2B sales and business development in the US and Canadian markets.
  • Identify and engage new clients across industries such as technology, finance, e-commerce, and professional services.
  • Generate qualified leads through proactive outreach, LinkedIn networking, and digital campaigns.
  • Manage the full sales cycle — from prospecting to closing and account handover.
  • Build trust-based relationships and deliver tailored proposals that convert.
  • Track and manage leads in a CRM (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar) with precision.
  • Achieve and exceed revenue goals through consistent performance and strong negotiation.
  • Report key sales metrics, pipeline updates, and strategy recommendations to leadership.

 

What You Bring

  • Minimum 5+ years of proven B2B sales experience in IT, offshore staffing, or outsourcing services.
  • Track record of success selling to SMB and mid-market clients in the US/Canada.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and closing skills in English.
  • Experience using CRM, sales automation, and outreach tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator).
  • Deep understanding of outsourcing value propositions and global team models.
  • Self-motivated, energetic, and comfortable driving deals independently.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA a plus).

  • Pre-existing client relationships or networks in the North American IT outsourcing sector.
  • Experience with SaaS, digital agencies, or staff augmentation firms.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with data-driven decision-making.
  • Potential to grow into a leadership role managing regional or global sales teams.

  • Lead conversion rate and revenue growth from new accounts.
  • Monthly/quarterly closed deals and recurring revenue.
  • Client retention, satisfaction, and upselling success.
