Position: Sales Manager

Salary: ₹25,000–₹30,000 per month + Incentives

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly/quarterly targets.
• Plan and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
• Monitor team performance, provide training, and ensure sales discipline.
• Handle high-value clients, give project presentations, and close deals.
• Coordinate with marketing teams for lead generation and promotional activities.
• Prepare weekly/monthly sales reports and share insights with management.
• Maintain strong relationships with customers and ensure excellent customer service.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in sales; real estate experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage a team and work under pressure.
• Good understanding of sales processes and customer handling.
• Proficiency in MS Office, CRM, and digital communication.
• Own vehicle preferred.
