Requirements & Skills:

• Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar leadership role.
• Strong understanding of sales principles, customer relationship management (CRM), and renewable energy market trends.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to analyze market data and develop strategies for revenue growth.
• Experience in team leadership and performance management.
• Proficient in MS Office.
• High level of initiative, self-motivation, and target orientation.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to build long-term client relationships and expand business opportunities.
• Familiarity with solar or power sector sales is a strong advantage.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and revenue targets.
• Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales executives and telecaller teams to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, markets, and client segments.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with key customers and business partners.
• Monitor and analyze sales performance, market trends, and competitor activity.
• Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates to senior management.
• Coordinate with the marketing and project teams to ensure alignment in branding and delivery.
• Negotiate and close deals, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to promote company products.
• Continuously enhance team performance through training and performance evaluations.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹16,207.56 - ₹35,184.58 per month
