Role & responsibilities Lead, motivate, and manage a team of sales executives, ensuring high levels of performance and achievement of individual and team sales targets. Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth and meet revenue goals. Monitor market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities to refine sales strategies and maintain a competitive edge. Set monthly sales goals and provide regular progress reports to senior management. Oversee the development and execution of marketing and promotional campaigns aimed at generating leads and closing deals. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction throughout selling process. Resolve any escalated issues or concerns promptly, ensuring positive client experiences. Oversee the lead generation process and ensure a steady pipeline of prospective clients. Work closely with the marketing team to ensure that the companys sales channels are effective and optimized. Develop and implement strategies to increase lead conversion rates. Preferred candidate profile Minimum 7 years of experience in real estate sales with strong negotiation, closing, and customer service skills.
