Sales Manager

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Manager with 28 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the packaging industry. The candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing client relationships, and identifying new business opportunities. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of packaging products and market dynamics, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company goals.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in targeted sectors (Ecommerce, Courier or freight services)
• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
• Prepare and present sales forecasts, performance reports, and customer insights.
• Negotiate contracts and pricing with customers to ensure mutual satisfaction.
• Collaborate with internal teams (production, logistics, R&D) to meet customer requirements.
• Participate in industry trade shows, events, and customer meetings to enhance brand presence.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• 2–8 years of relevant B2B sales experience, preferably in the packaging or logistics sector.
• Strong knowledge of packaging materials (plastic, paper, flexible, rigid, etc.) is a plus.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-driven, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Proficient in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Willingness to travel as needed.

Preferred Qualifications:

• MBA or Postgraduate in Sales/Marketing.
• Experience working with key accounts in FMCG, pharma, or industrial sectors.
• Familiarity with sustainable and innovative packaging trends.
