Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sourcing & Closing Manager to join our team. Location :- Dadar Experiance :- Minimum 2 years Description: The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales and maximizing revenue for our assigned projects. Arranging site visits and conducting follow-ups to ensure sales closures. Proactively scout for new sales opportunities through client references and market research. Maintain detailed records of sales leads, interactions, and documentation for effective followup. Achieve and exceed sales targets set by the company. Generate business through channel partners and maintain strong relationships with them. Provide timely updates and information about project developments. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. Proven track record of successful sales experience in the real estate industry. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Strong organizational and time management abilities. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
