Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Sales Manager based in Noida. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and meeting sales targets. The role involves creating proposals, managing sales pipelines, analyzing market trends, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. Effective communication and leadership will be crucial to guide the sales team and drive results.

Qualifications

• Sales and Business Development skills, including prospecting, lead generation, and account management
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for building client relationships and managing a team
• Proficiency in Market Analysis and Strategy Development, with the ability to identify opportunities and create effective sales plans
• Experience in Leadership and Team Management, with a proven track record of motivating a team to achieve targets
• Proficiency in CRM software and other sales management tools
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities to address challenges effectively
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Previous experience in digital marketing or advertising sales is a strong advantage
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
