Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
Generate new business opportunities in industrial, commercial, and infrastructure sectors for PEB and steel-structure projects.
Manage the complete sales cycle lead generation, technical discussions, proposal preparation, negotiation, and deal closure.
Coordinate with design, engineering, production, and project teams to ensure technical feasibility and timely project execution.
Prepare detailed sales proposals, BOQs, quotations, and presentations tailored to client requirements.
Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, competitor pricing/offerings, and customer needs.
Maintain a strong sales pipeline, track all opportunities, and provide accurate forecasts and sales reports to management.
Represent the company in client meetings, site visits, trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events.
Ensure all sales activities comply with company policies, contractual standards, and industry regulations.
Monitor payment collections and ensure timely follow-ups on outstanding invoices.

Preferred candidate profile

Experience in
PEB / steel structures / construction / industrial projects
sales.
Strong network with builders, contractors, architects, and industrial clients.
Technical understanding of steel buildings, fabrication, and project workflows.
