Sales Manager – Luxury Salon & Spa Furniture (B2B Sales)

With an extensive range including Salon Chairs, Barber Chairs, Multipurpose Chairs, Shampoo Stations, Pedicure Stations, Spa Beds, Korean Head Spa Beds, and Multipurpose Trolleys, we bring luxury, comfort, and functionality together for the beauty industry.

We are looking for an experienced and result-driven Sales Manager who is passionate about sales and eager to work in the beauty and salon industry. The candidate will be responsible for handling leads, building client relationships, and closing sales for our premium salon and spa furniture.

Key Responsibilities:

• Connect with provided leads, inquiries, and potential customers through calls, emails, and meetings.
• Explain product features, pricing, and customization options to clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with salon owners, distributors, and beauty professionals.
• Follow up with leads to convert them into successful sales.
• Coordinate with the production and logistics team for order execution.
• Maintain sales records and prepare periodic sales reports.
• Identify new business opportunities and potential markets.

Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum 3 years in Sales (preferably in Furniture, Interior, Beauty Equipment, or related industry).
• Education: Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred).
• Excellent Communication Skills (verbal and written).
• Ability to understand client needs and offer suitable product solutions.
• Proficient in CRM tools, MS Excel, and online communication platforms.
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and willing to travel when required.
