1. Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business targets for the Lubricant Division in the Eastern India region.
2. Appoint, manage, and strengthen the dealer and distributor network.
3. Generate direct sales with industrial clients and institutional customers.
4. Identify new business opportunities and drive market penetration for existing and new products.
5. Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
6. Prepare and present periodic sales reports and forecasts to management.

1. 35 years of experience in sales of lubricants or related industrial products.
2. Experience in Industrial Lubes and Re-refined Base Oils will be an advantage (not mandatory).
3. Strong network of dealers/distributors in Eastern India.
4. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
5. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
6. Willingness to travel extensively across the assigned region.
