Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities Manage sales team to achieve monthly targets through effective communication, motivation, and goal-setting. Develop and implement strategies to increase residential sales revenue by identifying new business opportunities and building relationships with clients. Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitor analysis, and customer needs. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, operations) to drive business growth through innovative solutions. Analyze sales data to identify areas of improvement and optimize sales processes. Qualifications Sales, Negotiation, and Customer Relationship Management skills Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Ability to work well in a team and independently Experience in property sales or real estate advisory Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field Familiarity with the Bengaluru real estate market Duties . Ensure calling on leads provided by the company Explain to the customers about the project. Follow up with potential customers to ensure closures Closing sale and submitting all relevant documents to the clients Lead & Supervise the sales team, perform administrative duties Offer advice and motivate the sales team to close sales. Developing sales strategies and visualizing the set targets till the accomplishment Track, collate, and interpret sales figures and reporting.
