Sales Manager - Loan Against Property - Channel - Gurgaon - Sector 14

Role Overview: - You will be responsible for driving sales and ensuring that business targets are achieved for Retail loan products. Your main focus will be on aggressively increasing sales numbers through cross-selling and enhancing client relationships. It will be essential to retain and expand the company's customer base to encourage repeat business and referrals. Key Responsibilities: - Leverage your network and relationships effectively to achieve maximum sales. - Develop and maintain strong liaisons with clients to secure repeat business and referrals. - Ensure seamless processing of files from the login stage to disbursement by coordinating with internal departments such as Operations and Credit. - Manage a team of relationship managers to optimize team productivity and achieve desired results. - Collaborate with the team for lead generation activities to drive sales growth. - Provide guidance, training, and motivation to the team for successful implementation of the growth agenda. - Stay informed about market trends and competitor intelligence to develop effective sales and marketing strategies. - Provide feedback to the central product and policy team based on insights into the market, competition, processes, and available products.
