Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Pune for a Sales Manager at Lemon Tree Hotels West HR. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve revenue targets, managing sales teams, and identifying new business opportunities. Daily tasks include client relationship management, conducting market analysis, monitoring competitor activities, and preparing sales presentations and reports. The Sales Manager will also coordinate with hotel operations and marketing teams to ensure seamless service delivery. Qualifications Proven experience in sales strategy development, market analysis, and business development Strong client relationship management and negotiation skills Excellent communication and presentation abilities Leadership and team management skills Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field Ability to work on-site in Pune Show more Show less
