Job Description

You will be responsible for driving business growth by acquiring new customers in the designated region, with a focus on expanding affordable reach. It will be essential to nurture relationships with all sourcing partners including Connectors, Referral Partners, and DSA. Your role will involve increasing market share of affordable mortgages and expanding into deeper geographies. Ensuring a high level of engagement for effective pre and post customer service will be crucial. You will be accountable for the timely login of files and ensuring smooth processing through available digital methods. Managing NPA, collections, and overdue cases sourced will also be part of your responsibilities. Maintaining portfolio health by adhering to a lend-to-collect culture up to the last mile will be a priority. Additionally, you will liaise with and manage various vendors including legal, technical, collection, FI, and RCU vendors. The ideal candidate should be a Post Graduate with 3-5 years of relevant work experience. Prior experience in channel management for Prime products would be advantageous.,
