Our fi eld-driven approach requires a robust and well-managed site sales structure to convert inquiries into bookings effi ciently. Role Summary The Assistant Manager – Sales Operations is responsible for managing and coordinating the performance of 3 Site Sales Managers. This includes training, monitoring, supporting client interactions, performance reviews, and aligning team efforts with project-specifi c sales goals. The role also acts as the bridge between ground sales operations and the General Manager Key Responsibilities ● Manage, mentor, and review 3 Site Sales Managers across active projects ● Conduct weekly 1-on-1s, reporting reviews, and productivity assessments ● Step in during site-level staff absences and redistribute tasks as needed ● Participate in client meetings, negotiations, and escalated closures ● Ensure team grooming, dress code, and client-facing discipline ● Collaborate with CRM and marketing teams for lead allocation effectiveness ● Maintain site sales performance dashboards and team improvement plans ● Ensure timely reporting to the General Manager – Sales & Marketing Required Qualifi cations ● 3+ years of experience in real estate or fi eld sales team coordination ● Experience managing junior fi eld teams (walk-in handling, follow-up process) ● Tamil fl uency and basic English for reporting and communication ● Familiar with CRM follow-up logic, Excel/Google Sheets, and WhatsApp tools Strong people skills, team discipline enforcement, and escalation handling Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) ● Weekly site-wise booking conversion % ● Team attendance, behavior, and performance adherence ● Quality of client handling during surprise audits ● Training outcomes and site visit feedback ● Escalation and closure tracking by site Job Type: Full-time Pay: β‚Ή30,000.00 - β‚Ή35,000.00 per month Benefits: Cell phone reimbursement Language: English (Preferred) Work Location: In person
