Key Responsibilities

  • Team Leadership: Training, coaching, and motivating sales representatives.
  • Strategy & Planning: Developing and implementing sales plans, setting quotas, and defining sales processes.
  • Performance Monitoring: Tracking Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and analysing data to guide decisions and improve results.
  • Sales Operations: Overseeing the entire sales cycle, from market research to customer retention.
  • Obstacle Removal: Identifying and resolving internal roadblocks that hinder the sales team's success.
