Job Description

Role Desc ription This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager at Jivial Composite (GFRP REBARS), located in Rajkot. The Sales Manager will be responsible for leading the sales team, developing and implementing sales strategies, identifying new market opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets. The role includes setting sales goals, monitoring sales performance, preparing sales reports, and presenting them to senior management. The Sales Manager will also coordinate with the marketing team to ensure product promotions and campaigns align with overall business goals. Qualifications Strong leadership skills to manage and motivate a sales team Experience in developing and implementing sales strategies and achieving sales targets Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships Analytical skills to assess market trends and sales performance Ability to prepare and present sales reports to senior management Knowledge of the composite industry, specifically GFRP rebars, is a plus Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software High level of organizational and time-management skills Show more Show less
