Job Description

Role & responsibilities Sales and Distribution Responsible for Commercial target for the Flow Product for a region/geography/cluster of Lenders as per the IMGC organisation structure and commercial requirements Work jointly with Sales Head on other product requirements of Customers and deliver product support on achievement of Target Plan and execute product trainings for the Lenders team to build product awareness and resolve for any issues faced during product sale. Provide highest level of customer support to customers to promote product adoption. Champion the voice of the customer at a national level to develop strategies that will increase market share, customer satisfaction and revenue Work closely with the Marketing team to ensure appropriate level of market awareness and targeting the right customers to build pipeline and sales volumes Working with cross functional teams to design, deliver, monitor and evaluate strategies to drive revenue growth. Drive on ground activation/campaigns to increase product awareness Prepares new sales representatives by conducting orientation to sales process; developing individual coaching plans;scheduling orientation drive-along with senior representatives.
