Job Title: Sales Manager – IT Sales (Jaipur) Company: Cybersoft & Softwares Solutions Private Limited Location: Jaipur, Rajasthan Salary: ₹50,000 – ₹2,00,000 per month (Based on experience and performance) Experience Required: 5+ years in IT sales or related domain Job Overview: We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to lead and drive our IT sales team in Jaipur . The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in business development, client handling, and revenue generation in the software solutions or IT services space. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business targets. Generate new leads through networking, cold calling, and referrals. Understand client requirements and propose appropriate software solutions. Prepare and present proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals. Maintain strong client relationships and ensure client satisfaction. Work closely with the technical team to deliver customized IT solutions. Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business, IT, or related field. Minimum 5 years of experience in IT sales or software solutions. Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills. Ability to thrive in a target-driven environment. Familiarity with CRM software and MS Office tools.
