Role Overview:

We are seeking a Sales Assistant Manager / Manager who will drive revenue growth by acquiring new clients, managing key accounts, and promoting iSprout’s co-working and managed office solutions. The role requires a dynamic professional passionate about flexible workspaces, with a proven sales track record in commercial real estate or co-working.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Business Development

  • Generate leads and convert prospects for co-working and managed office spaces.
  • Pitch customized solutions to startups, SMEs, corporates, and enterprise clients.
  • Build a strong sales pipeline and consistently achieve or exceed targets.

Client Relationship Management

  • Cultivate and maintain long-term client relationships.
  • Understand client requirements to propose appropriate workspace solutions.
  • Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention.

Market Intelligence

  • Monitor competitor offerings and market trends in co-working and managed office sectors.
  • Provide strategic insights to refine sales approaches.

Collaboration

  • Coordinate with operations, community, and fit-out teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and handover.
  • Represent iSprout at networking events and industry forums.

Key Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred) in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field.

3–7 years of relevant sales experience (preferred in co-working, managed spaces, commercial real estate).

Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

Strong network of corporate and SME contacts in Bangalore (preferred).

Target-driven with proven ability to achieve revenue goals.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
