Job Description: Interventional Radiologist Sales Representative Position Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Interventional Radiologist Sales Representative to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling interventional radiology products to healthcare professionals, including interventional radiologists, surgeons, and hospital purchasing departments. The role requires a blend of technical expertise in interventional radiology and excellent sales skills to build strong relationships, understand customer needs, and drive sales growth. Key Responsibilities: Product Promotion and Sales: Promote and sell interventional radiology products to hospitals, clinics, and healthcare providers. Relationship Management: Establish and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key decision-makers in interventional radiology departments, including physicians, hospital staff, and purchasing managers. Customer Needs Assessment: Work closely with healthcare professionals to understand their needs and recommend the most appropriate products and solutions. Product Demonstrations and Training: Conduct product demonstrations and provide training to customers on the correct usage and benefits of interventional radiology equipment. Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor offerings to position products effectively. Sales Presentations and Negotiations: Prepare and deliver effective sales presentations, negotiate contracts, and close sales in a timely manner. Collaborative Teamwork: Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and customer service, to ensure customer satisfaction and product success. Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate sales records, forecast future sales, and track the progress of sales opportunities using CRM software. Qualifications: Education: A degree in a relevant field (such as Business, Healthcare, Life Sciences, or Medical Devices) is preferred. Experience: Proven experience in sales within the medical device industry, particularly in interventional radiology, is a strong plus. Experience working directly with physicians and healthcare professionals is highly desirable. Technical Knowledge: **Strong understanding of interventional radiology products, procedures, and technologies. **Ability to effectively communicate complex technical information to healthcare professionals. Sales Skills: Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills. Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders. Certifications (Optional): Any relevant certifications in sales or medical devices are a plus.
