We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager with a strong technical background and proven expertise in selling Industrial IoT solutions to the manufacturing industry. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in process industries and auto parts manufacturing industries. This role requires both technical acumen and strategic sales skills to effectively communicate the value of Delpheon Lite, focusing on its capabilities in data collection, data analytics, data visualization, predictive maintenance, and machine learning. Key Responsibilities: • Sales & Business Development: Develop and execute sales strategies to drive adoption of Delpheon Lite in the manufacturing sector. Identify and engage with key decision-makers, including Digital Transformation managers, plant managers, operations heads, and IT leaders. Educate potential customers on how Delpheon-Lite can enhance operational efficiency and data integration. Generate leads, qualify prospects, and close high-value deals by demonstrating the key benefits and business impact of IoT-based analytics. Making proposals that conveys the technical aspects as well as the business value to customers. • Technical Consultation & Solution Selling: Understand customer pain points related to production, yield, consumption, machine performance, downtime, and quality issues, and propose tailored IoT solutions. Demonstrate expertise in IoT architecture, data analytics, and machine learning applications. Provide in-depth technical demonstrations showcasing how Delpheon Liteena bles real-time data collection, analytical dashboarding, alerts, and insights. Collaborate with software developers and data analysts to ensure that customer requirements are met in product customization. Work closely with product teams to translate customer feedback into producti mprovements. • Industry Expertise & Market Knowledge: Leverage deep knowledge of process industries and auto components manufacturing industry to align Delpheon Lite with industry-specific challenges. Understanding of Industry 4.0, Quality 4.0, ESG, 4M tracking, OEE,p redictive analytics, and downtime reduction to position Delpheon Lite as a key tool for improving manufacturing efficiency. Stay updated on IoT advancements, Industry 4.0 trends, and Digital Transformation / Smart factory implementations. Required Qualifications & Skills: • Education: Bachelors or Master’s degree in Engineering, MBA, or a related field. • Experience: Minimum 5-8 years of experience in selling industrial IoT solutions, industrial automation solutions, or analytics platforms. • Excellent communication, presentation, proposal making and negotiation skills. • Strong network within the manufacturing, industrial automation, and digital transformation sectors. • Understanding of predictive maintenance, AI/ML-based analytics, and IoT platforms. • Familiarity with MES (Manufacturing Execution Systems), ERP, and industrial communication protocols (MQTT, OPC-UA, etc.). • Knowledge of data science, business intelligence (BI) tools, and machine learning applications in manufacturing. • Exposure with data collection from PLCs, SCADA, sensors, and industrial automation systems.
