Job Description

We are Looking for Sales Manager for 3 Location with expecting 4- 10 years experience in HVAC, AHU, Clean room turnkey project sales Roles and Responsibilities Manage sales team performance, set goals, and provide coaching to achieve targets. Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers through regular visits and follow-ups. Identify new business opportunities by prospecting, networking, and attending industry events. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, engineering) to develop effective sales strategies. Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform sales decisions. Desired Candidate Profile 4-9 years of experience in B2B sales or a related field. Strong knowledge of AHU, Chillers, DG Sets, HVAC equipment products. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets consistently over time. Candidate must have experience in sales in HVAC Sales or AHU Sales or Any Climatic Consultants Clean room manufacturers Pharma industry sales HVAC project sales Salary is not constraint for right candidate
