Keep the team updated on the latest developments in the DLF Corporate Greens area and market trends. Performance Monitoring: Review sales reports daily, weekly, and monthly to track progress. Offer constructive feedback and implement strategies to optimize team performance and drive results. Project Mastery: Ensure the team is thoroughly knowledgeable about all project details, including features, benefits, pricing, and market positioning. Regularly update the team on any new developments or changes in the market. Client Relationship Management: Assist your team in managing key clients, resolving complex inquiries, and closing high-value deals. Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients, ensuring a high level of client satisfaction. Follow-up and Support: Oversee consistent follow-up with clients, guiding them from the initial contact to the finalization of the sale. Provide ongoing support to ensure a smooth and informed buying experience. Market Expertise: Maintain a deep understanding of the Gurgaon real estate market. What We re Looking For: Experience: 2 to 5 years in real estate sales, with at least 1 year in a leadership or supervisory role. Strong understanding of the Gurgaon real estate market. Skills: Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. The ability to motivate, guide, and lead a sales team to achieve outstanding results. Strategic thinking with the capability to analyze performance data and implement effective improvement strategies. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently.
