Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and revenue-driven Sales Manager to lead sales initiatives in the hospitality segment. The ideal candidate will focus on generating revenue through events, packages, and F&B sales while building and maintaining strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
Generate business through events, corporate packages, and F&B promotions.
Identify, approach, and acquire new clients while nurturing existing relationships.
Collaborate with the operations and marketing teams to design and promote event offerings.
Negotiate contracts and ensure high standards of client servicing and satisfaction.
Prepare periodic sales reports, forecasts, and market insights for management review.
Requirements
4–6 years of proven experience in hospitality or event sales, preferably in premium properties or resorts.
Strong network within the corporate and events sector.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to manage multiple clients and deliver under pressure.
Smart, well-groomed, and professional personality.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
