Job Description

Roles& Responsibilities: Drive sales and business growth for home loans and other financial products. Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, channel partners, and other stakeholders. Achieve assigned sales targets and ensure consistent revenue generation. Ensure smooth loan processing by coordinating with credit, operations, and legal teams. Manage collections and reduce delinquency in early due accounts (EDA), POT 30, and POT 90 cases. Lead a team of sales executives, providing training, guidance, and performance monitoring. Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory guidelines, and internal reporting standards. Monitor market trends, competition, and customer needs to optimize sales strategies. Experience: Required: 3-6 years of experience in sales within the BFSI sector (preferably housing finance, mortgage loans, or banking). Age: Less than 28 years Preferred: Experience in team handling, channel sales, and collections Specific Skills: Strong sales and negotiation skills. Ability to build and maintain customer and partner relationships. Knowledge of home loan products, policies, and regulatory compliance. Experience in managing collections and recovery efforts (EDA, POT 30, POT 90). Leadership and team management skills. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software for sales tracking and reporting. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work under pressure and achieve business targets.
