Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager located in the Greater Ahmedabad Area. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales strategies, managing sales team performance, identifying new business opportunities, and maintaining relationships with key clients. The Sales Manager will also oversee sales operations, analyze market trends, prepare sales reports, and ensure targets and deadlines are met. Qualifications Sales strategy development, business development, and client relationship management skills Experience in sales operations, team management, and performance monitoring Strong analytical skills for market trend analysis and sales reporting Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field Experience in the marine and industrial engineering sectors is a plus Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team If you meet the above qualifications and are interested in joining a dynamic and growing team, we would love to hear from you.
