Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Build a strong network of dealers and distributors across all states
  • Develop new markets by identifying potential customers, building relationships, and generating leads through cold calling, emailing, and networking.
  • Create sales plans to achieve targets and expand existing customer base through upselling and cross-selling opportunities.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 5-10 years of experience in pharma selling or related field with a strong background in business development, contract manufacturing, generics, new market development, pharmaceutical sales, pharmaceuticals sales management.
  • Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy (B. Pharma), B.Sc. or equivalent qualification; MBA preferred but not mandatory.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets consistently over time; ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
