Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Manager at GDF Internationals, located in Kanpur. The Sales Manager will oversee and implement sales strategies, build client relationships, and drive revenue growth. Key tasks include managing sales teams, analyzing market trends, and identifying business opportunities. The role involves the development and execution of strategic sales plans, tracking sales metrics, and meeting sales targets. Experience in IVA is preferable.

  • Strong skills in Sales Strategy, Negotiation, and Market Analysis
  • Proven ability in Team Leadership, Performance Management, and Collaboration
  • Proficiency in Communication, Relationship Management, and Client Engagement
  • Goal-oriented mindset with effective Problem-Solving and Decision-Making skills
  • Prior experience in a sales leadership role is highly desirable
  • Knowledge of financial solutions or related industries is an advantage
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
