Role & responsibilities Sales Development: Identify and develop new business opportunities by prospecting potential clients in the freight forwarding industry (air, sea, and land). Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Solution Selling: Understand client logistics needs and provide tailored freight forwarding solutions, leveraging the companys service portfolio. Market Analysis: Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging opportunities. Negotiation: Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements with clients to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes. Target Achievement: Meet and exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs. Coordination: Work with internal teams, including operations, documentation, and customer service, to ensure seamless service delivery. Reporting: Prepare and present regular sales performance reports and forecasts to management.
