Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth service delivery. Generate new business leads and manage the entire sales process. Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to business growth. Address client needs and provide tailored solutions. Maintain regular communication with clients to nurture relationships. Qualifications: 5-10years of experience in sales within the marine travel or shipping industry,Corporate travel Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage and nurture client relationships. Analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving skills. Able to work both independently and within a team. Highly organized with the ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively. Bachelors degree in business or a related field.
