Job Description

Apollo247 Insurance Services is looking for Business Managers Direct Ins Distribution profile who enjoy building from scratch and independent working.

Candidates required from Health & Life Insurance background

Required from Health & Life Insurance, MR, Telecom, Credit Card Sales, Hard core Retail sales guy from any industry.

To build Direct distribution by recruiting Centre of Influence and to achieve target through them.
Regular reviewing & tracking of Entrepreneurs performance.
Ensuring discipline & rigor of daily sales activities.
Drive COIs activation through regular engagement.
To organize sales campaign, product launches and conduct training for COIs.
Ensuring adherence to end to end business process with in the specified timelines.
Responsible for hygiene of business sourced by their unit.
Ensuring timely resolution of queries and complaints, and controlling the instances of adverse customer experience.
Should be capable enough to give market insights and explore new opportunities to develop business.
