Job Description: Sales Executive – Electric Vehicles (EV)Role Overview

The Sales Executive – EV is responsible for identifying customers, generating leads, managing sales cycles, and achieving revenue growth for the organization’s electric vehicle portfolio. The role requires strong product knowledge, customer engagement skills, and the ability to work in a fast-growing clean mobility sector.

Key Responsibilities

· Generate and qualify leads for EV products (2W/3W/4W commercial EVs, chargers, battery solutions).

· Conduct market visits, customer meetings, and presentations to promote EV offerings.

· Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.

· Manage end-to-end sales cycle: inquiry → proposal → negotiation → closing.

· Develop and maintain strong relationships with fleet operators, corporates, government bodies, channel partners, and retail customers.

· Coordinate with internal teams (technical, service, operations) for smooth delivery and after-sales support.

· Track competitor activity, pricing, and market trends.

· Participate in exhibitions, customer events, and promotional campaigns.

· Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and pipeline updates.

Required Skills & Qualifications

· Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field.

· 1–5 years of experience in sales (EV, automotive, energy, or related field preferred).

· Strong communication, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.

· Understanding of EV technology, charging solutions, and government policies (FAME, state EV policies).

· Ability to work independently and meet targets.

· Willingness to travel frequently.

Job Description: Business Development Manager – Electric Vehicles (EV)Role Overview

The Business Development Manager (BDM) drives the growth strategy of the EV division by identifying new markets, partnerships, and business opportunities. This role involves strategic planning, building long-term relationships, and expanding EV adoption across various sectors.

Key Responsibilities

· Identify new business opportunities in EV fleets, charging infrastructure, battery-swapping, OEM partnerships, and government/PSU projects.

· Develop Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies for EV products and solutions.

· Build partnerships with fleet operators, logistics companies, real-estate developers, and charging network providers.

· Lead large project proposals, RFP/RFQ submissions, and strategic accounts.

· Conduct market research, demand forecasting, and competitor analysis.

· Work closely with product, engineering, and operations teams to develop customized EV solutions.

· Drive collaborations with financial partners for EV financing/leasing.

· Monitor policy changes (FAME, state EV incentives) and integrate them into business strategy.

· Represent the company in industry events, conferences, and government interactions.

· Create business cases, revenue models, and feasibility studies.

Required Skills & Qualifications

· Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or Energy.

· 3–10 years of experience in EV/Automotive/Energy/Infrastructure BD.

· Strong understanding of EV ecosystem: vehicles, charging, batteries, TCO, policies.

· Excellent strategic thinking, communication, and presentation skills.

· Proven experience in partnerships, key account management, and project development.

· Ability to work cross-functionally and manage complex deals.

· Strong analytical and financial modeling skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹33,475.06 - ₹95,430.42 per month
