Team Leadership:
Manage, mentor, and motivate a team of sales executives to meet and exceed targets. Foster a high-performance sales culture.
• Sales Management:
Develop and implement effective sales strategies. Monitor daily activities, set goals, and track performance metrics to achieve business objectives.
• CRM Software Expertise (Zoho Preferred):
Utilize Zoho CRM to manage customer interactions, sales pipelines, forecasting, and reporting. Ensure data accuracy and CRM hygiene.
• Upselling & Cross-selling:
Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell to existing customers, increasing average revenue per customer.
• Client Relationship Management:
Build strong relationships with clients through professional presentation, excellent follow-up, and consistent communication.
• Performance Monitoring & Reporting:
Analyze sales reports and trends to make data-driven decisions. Present weekly/monthly performance reports to management.
• Training & Development:
Continuously coach the team on product knowledge, sales techniques, and CRM best practices.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
• Proven experience in sales leadership or sales management role.
• Strong presentability and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Hands-on experience with Zoho CRM or similar tools is highly desirable.
• Ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
• Target-driven with strong organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
