Job Description

A sales manager's core responsibilities include developing and executing sales strategies, setting sales targets, and managing the sales pipeline. They also play a crucial role in hiring, training, and coaching their team, as well as analyzing sales data and reporting on performance. Furthermore, sales managers are responsible for building and maintaining client relationships and identifying new business opportunities. Key Responsibilities of a Sales Manager:

  • Developing and Executing Sales Strategies:This involves creating plans to achieve sales targets, analyzing market trends, and adapting strategies to maximize sales.
  • Setting Sales Targets and Monitoring Performance:Sales managers establish individual and sales goals, track progress against those goals, and provide feedback to ensure targets are met.
  • Managing the Sales Pipeline:This involves overseeing the entire sales process, from lead generation to closing deals, and ensuring a smooth and efficient sales cycle.
  • Hiring, Training, and Coaching Salespeople:Sales managers are responsible for recruiting, on boarding, and developing their sales team members, providing them with the necessary skills and knowledge.
  • Analyzing Sales Data and Reporting:This involves tracking key performance indicators (KPIs), analyzing sales data to identify areas for improvement, and reporting on sales performance to senior management.
  • Building and Maintaining Client Relationships:Sales managers play a vital role in fostering strong relationships with key clients, ensuring their satisfaction, and identifying opportunities for up selling and cross-selling.
  • Identifying New Business Opportunities:This involves researching potential markets, identifying new leads, and developing strategies to acquire new customers.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
