Job Description

1. Business Development & Sales

- Identify, target, and acquire new EPC clients across petrochemical, chemical, offshore

wind, oil & gas, refineries and power projects.

- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase market share in the EPC segment.

- Achieve annual sales targets and profitability goals for the EPC vertical.

- Manage tendering, bidding, and project specification activities.

2. Key Account Management

- Maintain strong relationships with key EPCs such as L&T, McDermott, Tecnimont, Technip,

EIL, Tata Projects, Thyssen etc.

- Build long-term relationships with consultants, contractors, and end-users.

- Track upcoming projects and ensure the company’s ball valves are specified in vendor

lists.

3. Technical & Commercial Support

- Coordinate with engineering and production teams to provide technical support during

project evaluation and bidding.

- Review project specifications, datasheets, and ensure compliance with client requirements

(API, ISO, ASME standards).

- present techno-commercial proposals and negotiate terms with clients.

4. Market Intelligence

- Monitor competitor activities, pricing trends, and market dynamics in the valve industry.

- Identify emerging sectors and opportunities for growth in EPC-driven projects.

5. Coordination & Reporting

- Prepare periodic sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and market analysis.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month

Application Question(s):

  • Education: B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering (MBA preferred).
  • Experience: 8–12 years in sales/business development in the valve or industrial

equipment sector.

  • Soft Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
  • prior experience dealing with EPC clients and project-based sales.
  • Understanding of valve design, API & ASME standards, and EPC project procurement processes.
