Sales Manager - EMS | Electronics

As an entrepreneurial and outcome-oriented team leader for the Electronics Business Unit, your role will be crucial in scaling our EMS operations, leading business development teams, and driving growth across new and existing customer segments. Your strong understanding of the EMS value chain, experience in customer-facing roles, and ability to build a robust customer base within a fast-moving startup environment will be key to your success. Key Responsibilities: - Own and drive the full sales cycle from lead generation to closure for electronics manufacturing - Work closely with Marketing, Sales, and Program teams to acquire new customers and expand share of wallet with key accounts - Collaborate with sourcing, quality, and engineering teams to deliver projects on-time and with high reliability - Build and manage relationships with EMS suppliers, component vendors, and technology partners - Hire, mentor, and lead a team of junior business development professionals - Work with internal stakeholders to digitize workflows and improve customer experience through platform initiatives Qualifications Required: - 10+ years of experience in EMS, electronics manufacturing, or hardware product companies - Deep understanding of PCB assembly, NPI processes, component sourcing, and testing - Proven experience in leading a team, target ownership, and customer growth - Entrepreneurial mindset with strong problem-solving, commercial, and leadership skills - Experience working with startups or fast-scaling companies is a plus Join us to be part of a fast-growing, founder-led startup reshaping India's hardware manufacturing landscape.
