Location: Nagpur Company: Elite Space India Experience: 3 to 8 Year We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive business growth in the modular furniture industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing sales strategies, managing client relationships, and achieving revenue targets. Key Responsibilities: Sales & Business Development Develop and implement sales strategies to increase market share Identify new business opportunities in B2B and B2C segments Generate leads and close deals with corporate and retail clients Conduct market research & competitor analysis Client Relationship Management Build and maintain strong relationships with customers & dealers Provide customized modular furniture solutions based on client needs Address customer queries, concerns, and post-sales support Negotiate pricing and contract terms Team Leadership & Training Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve targets Provide sales training & performance evaluations Develop incentive plans and team growth strategies Operational & Reporting Tasks Maintain CRM records and sales reports Collaborate with marketing teams for promotions Monitor sales performance metrics Key Skills & Requirements: Experience in modular furniture sales (B2B/B2C preferred) Strong negotiation & communication skills Ability to develop sales strategies & meet revenue targets Leadership & team management experience Proficiency in CRM software & sales analytics Knowledge of furniture materials, space planning & design trends Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's/Master's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Management, or a related field 3+ years of experience in sales management, preferably in furniture or interior solutions
