Role Overview We are seeking a dynamic Sales Manager for our Delhi / Gurgaon region with over 3 years of experience in the packaging industry or related fields. The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing key accounts, and expanding our market presence. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a proven sales track record, and the ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies. Key Responsibilities Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement sales strategies to increase market share and revenue in the Delhi/Gurgaon region. Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the rigid plastic packaging sector. Work closely with the business development team to drive sales campaigns and initiatives. Key Account Management: Manage and strengthen relationships with key clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships. Negotiate contracts, pricing, and delivery terms to align with client requirements and company objectives. Sales Forecasting & Reporting: Prepare and present regular sales reports and forecasts to senior management. Analyse market trends and adjust strategies to ensure sales targets are met. Team Leadership & Collaboration: Lead and mentor the regional sales team, ensuring alignment with company goals and sales objectives. Collaborate with other departments, including marketing, production, and logistics, to ensure seamless service delivery to clients. Market Intelligence: Keep up to date with industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs. Identify and develop new product offerings based on customer feedback and market demand. Qualifications & Skills Education: Bachelors/masters degree in business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field. An MBA or post-graduate qualification is a plus. Experience: 3+ years of experience in sales or account management within the packaging, plastics, or FMCG industries. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building strong client relationships. Skills: Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills. Leadership abilities and experience managing a sales team. Proficient in sales CRM tools, Microsoft Office, and sales analytics. Strategic thinker with excellent problem-solving abilities.
