Sales Manager Government & Project Sales Join Our Leading Lighting Industry Team! We are looking for dynamic Sales Managers to drive business growth in Government & Project Sales. If you have experience in B2G, Tendering, or Project Sales, this role is for you! Key Responsibilities: * Build & maintain relationships with Government Departments, PSUs, Builders & Contractors * Manage sales on GEM & State Portals (CPWD, NBCC, DDA, PWD, etc.) * Drive bidding, tendering & project sales to achieve revenue targets * Develop strong ties with Architects & Interior Designers for project specifications * Lead & mentor a sales team to boost performance Requirements: * Minimum 5 years experience in Govt Sales, Tendering, or Project Sales * Strong communication & negotiation skills * Target-driven with proven sales success Salary: 40,000 - 75,000 ( Higher for the Right Candidate ) Industry: Lighting Ready to take your sales career to the next level?
