Manager - Consumer Lighting Base Location - Kolar Experience - 6 Years + Role - Individual contribution JOB PROFILE To educate the dealers and distributors and his retail counters about the benefits of To establish retail network by appointing distributors and retail counters for the given territory within a fixed time frame Setting up ighting Products display at the appointed distributors and retail counters through support of Visual Merchandising team Maintain knowledge of current sales and promotions, policies regarding payment and exchanges, and security practices. Recommend, select, and help customers to locate or obtain Products based on their requirements. To personally display to the distributor and their staff on how to pitch Lighting products and also to maintain price discipline by selling through ready solutions, service availability and other Lighting benefits Driving secondary sales of the distributors and maintain 15 Calls per day or 10 Effective Calls per day . Identify the distributors who aren't performing up to the mark and helping them rise up, ensuring ROI for the distributor Source and develop client referrals and qualify leads Develop and make presentations of company products and services to current and potential clients To design the product life cycle and the stock plan details of the distributors Proper implementation of secondary schemes in the retail market Handling promotional activities & ensuring Brochures and Pamphlets are available with Dealers & Distributors To maintain maximum of 15 days DSO (Days Sales Outstanding) by collecting all the dues of the distributors on or before the agreed credit days To support Long arm force to achieve their targets and maintain the current distributor sales To ensure submission of distributors', secondary sales report in time to expedite claims Schedule necessary immediate follow-up for prospective Customers To be the first and responsible point of contact for any and every concern of the distributor viz. stock, price, low performance, customer care, etc. Ensuring customer service satisfaction and good client relationships To maintain market database for competitors analysis and their USP's Writing DCR (Daily Call Report ) daily and in detail with mention of defined "outcome" Achieving set targets in the given timeline Preferred candidate profile Perks and benefits
