PFB the JD and details: Role- Manager Sales (Projects) Base Work Location- Bengaluru/Bangalore Experience Desired- 4-8 Years (Handling project sales with all Builders and Architects) Job Summary: The Sales Manager will be responsible for generating the leads for driving the business. The role involves managing the Mid-size to big projects with Builders, Contractors and Architects. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in B2B/Project Sales in Building Material Industry. Candidate have to meet with the Architects, Builders to specify our product in their project. Expand Business in allotted area through Architects, Contractors, Builders and Fabricators. Relationship management with architects, contractors, builders and Fabricators Identifying new business opportunities and projects and converting them into clients Liasoning with the customer on various issues related to the concerned projects/ assignments Carrying out Post Order Management Activities Achieve sales targets Specific skills / Personal attributes Proven experience in project/Institutional sales. Extrovert and Pleasing personality Good Selling and presentation skills Meticulous Planning and Time Management Ability to work on multiple objectives Listening & Comprehension skills.
