You will lead the Commercial sales operations, drive customer acquisition, and develop a high-performing team — all while shaping strategy and ensuring strong revenue performance. What You’ll Do Lead sales for non-ferrous metals in the Indian market Build and manage key client relationships Drive new business and strategic growth initiatives Negotiate contracts and close high-value deals Collaborate cross-functionally (supply chain, finance, marketing) Contribute to budgets and sales forecasts Develop and lead a high-performing sales team To monitor the dynamics of the market and trends, recognizing areas of opportunity Ability to effectively market and promote the proprietary products of BIKAR METALS within the commercial manufacturing sector of INDIA What You Bring Proven B2B sales success in the metal industry.
