Role & responsibilities 1. Proactive and Self driven/ Motivated sales professional 2. Delivers budgeted sales volumes & revenues and exceeds expectations 3. Primarily responsible for managing, identifying, developing existing /new business opportunities in Key customers in Surface Coatings Industry and allied application. 4. Develop a relationship with primary accounts, key stakeholders and critical decision makers in Sourcing, technical team and Senior Management at customer end 5. To handle all potential customers (existing & development) Delhi/ NCR 6. Maintain a deep understanding of customers’ operations, determine opportunities and ensure the timely and successful delivery of solutions to the customer 7. Participation in Strategy making discussions, Product positioning, Pricings strategies in Surface coating 8. Efficiently handle any Customer complaints, trouble-shooting as & when required 9. Prepare well on time, Sales Forecast, Visit Plans, CRM updates, Daily activity reports 10. Conduct/ Organize technical presentations, seminars in coordination with HQ team 11. To work continuously on gathering Market information, Trends, Competition activities and discuss internally with Team 12. Handles a minimum of 80 customers 13. Let’s set up, Scale up and pro-active participation in RM evaluation
