We are looking for a dynamic Sales & Marketing Assistant Manager/Manager with 5 - 8 years of experience in the API pharmaceutical industry . The ideal candidate must have experience in handling customers, extensive travel exposure, and a proven track record in business development across the Middle East & Africa markets. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute sales strategies to expand business in the Middle East & Africa . Identify and engage with new customers while maintaining strong relationships with existing clients. Negotiate contracts, pricing, and supply agreements with clients. Conduct market research and analyze competitor activities to identify growth opportunities. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements in different regions. Work closely with the production, regulatory, and supply chain teams to ensure timely order fulfillment. Participate in international trade fairs, exhibitions, and customer meetings to promote the companys API portfolio. Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and business plans for management review. Key Requirements: Experience: 5–8 years in Sales & Marketing within the API Pharma industry. Regional Exposure: Must have experience handling customers in the Middle East & Africa and a willingness to travel frequently. Customer Management: Strong skills in client relationship management, sales negotiations, and business development. Industry Knowledge: Good understanding of API sales, pricing, and regulatory landscape in the target markets. Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Life Sciences, or an MBA in Marketing. Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical abilities.
