Job Description We are seeking a sales Manager with a strong background in certifications services, specifically in industries such as Oil & Gas, Chemical, and Process industries. The ideal candidate will have experience in dealing with private sector manufacturing companies and direct access to top management. The role requires a deep understanding of customer insights, ongoing and future requirements for domestic and international projects, and certifications like ASME, PED, IBR, PESO, DOSH, EN, and MoM services. The candidate should have proven experience in a Customer Relationship Manager role in the oil and gas and process industries, with a focus on achieving sales targets. Roles & Responsibilities Liaise effectively with various levels of company representatives across industries. Responsible for achieving business unit sales targets. Generate leads and successfully convert them into order bookings. Sell certification services to Manufacturing and Process industries. Support the tender team with market updates, technical write-ups, and costing to win project leads. Ensure empanelment and registration for various services. Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers during and after project progress. Access technical input from all working-level managers for project success. Responsible for pricing commitments aligned with business unit sales planning. Target and achieve order bookings of 8-10 Crore annually in certification services like ASME, PED, IBR, PESO, DOSH, MoM, Design Review Static Equipment from private customers only. Focus 100% of business bookings from new customers, with emphasis on building relationships and securing long-term projects. Qualifications & Skills Education: BE or BTech. Experience: 7 to 12 years of experience in sales, business development, or customer relationship management, specifically in oil & gas, chemical, and process industries. Mandatory Skills: Certification services, Sales, Business Development, Client Relationship Management. Industry Expertise: Familiarity with certification services such as ASME, PED, IBR, PESO, DOSH, EN, MoM services for manufacturing industries. Personal Attributes: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to liaise with top-level management, and capability to handle complex negotiations and business deals. Preferred Skills Experience in generating and converting leads to achieve substantial order bookings. Strong market knowledge of ongoing and future project requirements for both domestic and international projects. Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and fostering long-term client relationships.
