Summary/Overview: The Regional Sales Head (RSH) is a critical leadership role responsible for driving revenue growth within the assigned region (Mumbai). This position leads a team of sales professionals and is accountable for developing and executing sales strategies to achieve regional targets. The RSH will focus on building and managing key customer relationships, expanding market share, and ensuring the effective implementation of sales processes. This role requires a strong understanding of the sales cycle, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record of exceeding sales objectives. 7. Responsibilities: Sales Strategy Development & Execution: Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies aligned with overall company objectives to achieve regional sales targets.Team Leadership & Management: Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales representatives, providing coaching, training, and performance feedback to maximize their potential.Sales Pipeline Management: Oversee the sales pipeline, ensuring accurate forecasting, efficient lead qualification, and effective deal closure.Key Account Management: Cultivate and manage relationships with key customers within the region, identifying opportunities for expansion and growth.New Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and other lead generation activities.Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential threats.Sales Reporting & Analysis: Prepare and present regular sales reports, analyzing performance against targets and identifying areas for improvement.Budget Management: Manage the regional sales budget effectively, ensuring optimal resource allocation.Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with other departments, such as marketing and product development, to ensure alignment and achieve company goals.CRM Management: Ensure accurate and timely data entry and management within the CRM system.8. Qualifications: Education: Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in Marketing.Experience: 12+ months of experience in sales, with a proven track record of success in a leadership role.
