Job Description

Role Overview: You will be responsible for developing and expanding relationships with High Net worth Customers for liabilities and commercial assets. You will source new customers, ensure high levels of customer service, cross-sell bank products, inform customers about new products, conduct special sales initiatives, and maintain complete relationship records for assigned customer accounts. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and execute strategies to drive business in new and existing markets - Partner with Super HNI to identify and recruit top Clients - Mentor employees to help them achieve individual & team objectives Qualification Required: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business - 3+ years" of sales experience Additional Details: The ideal candidate is a motivated, well-organized individual with a deep understanding of prospecting and developing strong relationships with customers. You should have a good understanding of Commercial Assets like CC, OD, TL, Export Finance, and Mutual Funds and Insurance knowledge is an added advantage. Customer orientation, high energy levels, and a motive to succeed are essential for this role.,
