Job Title :Sales Manager / Business Development Manager / Regional Sales Manager
Job Location :Tamilnadu, Karnataka, Andhra Pradesh, Telangana and Kerala. No of Openings : 2 Qualification ;B.Tech/B.E. in Any Specialization Experience :3+ years of sales in EPC segment Experience in Solar rooftop solutions/solar business,specifically in B2B and B2C State market knowledge is must
  • Proficiency in local language of the particular state, English& Hindi will be preferred.
Salary ;30k to 45k per month(Negotiable for the right candidate)
Description;
  • Prepare sales/revenue forecast and implement strategies to achieve sales revenues and market share.
  • Knowledge of potential market where sales of Bos material & equipment is viable
  • Lead complete business development activities in the assigned territory.
  • Collate the existing and future market potential, development and customer coverage plan.
  • Make qualitative propositions on weekly sales-qualifiable enquiries and suggest solutions.
  • Handle escalations, provide technical assistance to clients and improve customer experience.
  • Ensure prompt follow-up with customers for orders, commercial terms, payments, approvals, problem resolution, etc.
  • Increasing the value of current customers while attracting new ones.
  • Attending conferences, meetings and industry events, create a better networking.
  • Fulfill all the pre-defined objectives of the company on basic deliverables – annual sales plans.
Rooftop solar segment,
  • Identify empanelledEPC channel partners and generate leads, convert into sales,
  • Collaborate with EPC partners through company promotions to generate better leads, attend and close
  • Create a chain of Dealers and Distributors for sale of complete BoS range of products.
Skills
  • 3+ years of sales of BoS in Solar industry preferably in B2B and B2C.
  • Thorough technical and commercial understanding of PV Solar business.
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills andability to maintain good relations.
  • Strong business ethics, flexible and open-minded team player.
  • Basic computer Proficiency- Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint..
